Numbers tell a story

Numbers tell a story

Numbers tell a story.

We're already into the second month of this year (how quickly has that happened?!), we definitely need to be looking at our financials and comparing them to last year to see what may have changed.

  • Have you hired more staff?
  • Have the wages increased?
  • Has the turnover increased?
  • Is everybody aware of the average dollar sale?
  • What are our ad-ons that can increase our average dollar sale?

Seeing how your financials have changed will tell a story.

It will also then give us ideas on strategies and what to focus on to change the numbers going forward.

So this is your reminder to sit down and look at the trends in your numbers to find the story and work out the next steps going forward this year.
