DISC Profiling, in simple terms, is a behavioural profiling system that teaches people how to identify the predictable aspects of communication. The DISC component of the assessment predicts “how” someone will behave, where the Motivators component assesses “why”.

DISC is the most widely used behaviour profiling tool of its kind, supported by decades of research and validation. It is a universally applicable model that focuses on individual patterns of external, observable behaviours and measures the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness for each of the four styles. When these are not in alignment, personal conflict or tension is experienced.

By having a greater understanding behavioural tendencies and blend of motivators, both natural and adapted (work style), our assessments offer actionable recommendations for improved communication and cohesion.

Create your dream team

Top-level teams are comprised of behaviorally compatible members with an optimal array of complimenting proficiencies. Whether you have a small or large organisation, our DISC reports offer the greatest accuracy for a range of dynamic business applications.

Through assessing your current and potential team members, or key relationships that you have (with a business partner, spouse, team member or supervisor), DISC profiling can assist you to familiarise yourself with behavioural tendencies and what they mean, and furthermore be guided to use specific skills to improve interpersonal interactions.

With specific recommendations unique to each member’s profile, when utilised, these skills have the ability to enact powerful and demonstrable returns to see significant professional and interpersonal relationships. It not only benefits building rapport but in turn improves sales, management skills, executive-level leadership and everyday life by recognizing drivers and understanding options for dealing with people more effectively. This level of emotional intelligence is key to better communication and cohesion.
